Chiaretto is the rosé of Lake Garda: pale in colour, fresh and savoury. The lake has two distinct traditions, and both are part of this collection selected in Sirmione.

Valtènesi and Bardolino: two shores, two Chiaretto styles

• Chiaretto Valtènesi (Riviera del Garda Classico): from the moraine hills of the Brescia shore, around Moniga, Padenghe and Polpenazze, made from Groppello, the native grape of the Valtènesi, often blended with Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese. Selection: Costaripa RosaMara, Cantrina Valtènesi Chiaretto BIO and Monte Cicogna Siclì.
• Bardolino Chiaretto: produced on the Verona shore from Corvina and Rondinella, lighter and more fragrant, like Le Fraghe's Traccia di Rosa.

The range is completed by Podere dei Folli's Preafète BIO. Chiaretto pairs beautifully with lake fish, cured meats, pizza and summer aperitivo, served chilled at 10–12 °C.
